Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, product launches, promotional events, or in the case of inventory verification or fraud checks. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
All shipping timeframes provided at checkout or in post-order confirmations are estimated and not guaranteed. Delivery estimates are based on carrier-provided timelines and your location. While we make every effort to ship and deliver on time, Bangawoo is not liable for any delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
Domestic shipping typically takes 3–10 business days from the time of dispatch, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination. International orders may take 7–21 business days or longer depending on customs clearance and local delivery partners.
Tracking and Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment. If your tracking shows no updates after several days, contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team, as delays in scan activity are common.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with various reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier selected for your order may vary based on destination, weight, and service availability.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses, delivery refusal, or unclaimed packages will not be reshipped unless the customer pays for reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, you must report the issue to us within 3 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors or building staff before submitting a claim.
Shipping Fees and Customs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. These fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country. Bangawoo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Disputes and Claims
In the event of a dispute regarding delayed or non-delivery, claims must be submitted to our support team along with your tracking number and proof of issue. We will work with the carrier to investigate where possible but are not obligated to issue refunds or replacements for delays outside of our control.
Force Majeure Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery due to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
