All items submitted through the form must be associated with the same order number provided—requests including items from other orders will be automatically declined.

Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, based on the date indicated in the tracking information.
Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Condition of Items
Items must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, use, damage, or are missing tags or accessories are not eligible for return.
Large Items
Large items must be returned unassembled, with original packaging intact.
Assembled or altered items will not be accepted for return.
Bundled Products and Gift Sets
For bundled purchases or gift sets, all components must be returned together in original condition.
Partial returns of bundles are not permitted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable, even within the return window:
Items marked as Final Sale
Clearance or sale items
Personal care or hygiene-related products
Customized or personalized items
Any item explicitly marked as non-returnable on its product page
Specific Product Policies

Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for items:
Damaged due to customer mishandling, improper assembly, or incorrect use
Missing critical components such as manuals, cords, accessories, or labels
That are returned without prior approval or without an RA number
Return Request Process
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
To begin the return process, visit the Return Request page on our website and fill out the form completely. Required details include:
Full name
Order number
Email used at purchase
Detailed explanation of the issue
Clear photographic evidence, including:
Product from multiple angles
Any visible damage or defect
Original packaging and shipping label
For high-value or frequently returned items, unboxing video may be required
Incomplete or inaccurate information will result in immediate denial of the request.
Step 2: Await Approval
All requests are reviewed by our Quality Control team. If your request is approved, you’ll receive:
A Return Authorization (RA) number
Detailed return instructions
Returns without a valid RA number will not be processed.
Step 3: Ship the Return
Return items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving RA approval.
You must provide a valid tracking number within that time frame.
Returns shipped after this deadline may be rejected.
Use a trackable and insured shipping method. Bangawoo is not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Fees
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

We reserve the right to deny returns and future purchases from customers who show:
Repeated returns of used, damaged, or swapped items
Patterns of fraudulent or excessive returns
Discrepancies in photographic or video evidence
Verified abuse may result in denied returns, forfeited refunds, and possible legal action.
Examples of Prohibited Return Behavior
Returning counterfeit or different items
Claiming missing components not supported by unboxing proof
Tampering with or intentionally damaging products
All return fraud investigations include photo/video review, internal item verification, and shipping record analysis.
Final Discretion
Bangawoo reserves the right to:
Override, approve, or deny any return at its sole discretion
Adjust return requirements in the case of known abuse, fraud detection, or policy manipulation
Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
